The Los Angeles County jail’s most famous inmate has been moved from a medical ward in downtown L. A., to the medical clinic of a women’s jail in the suburb of Lynwood.

Sheriff’s department spokesman Steve Whitemore confirmed on Thursday that Paris Hilton has been transferred back to the facility where her jail saga began on June 3.

The 26-year old socialite-heiress-reality TV star was ordered back to jail last week by a judge, one day after her release to home confinement by the Los Angeles County sheriff.

The sheriff had cited medical reasons for her release, but when he failed to give the court any evidence of her problems, the judge ordered her back behind bars. It was later reported that Hilton’s problems were psychological in nature.

Hilton is expected to spend two more weekends in jail. Whitmore says if all goes well, Hilton could be released as early as June 25.
