LAPD Criticized for Dispersal of Crowd

Many fingers are pointing at the Los Angeles Police Department over the way officers chose to disperse a crowd at an immigrant-rights rally on Tuesday.
The use of batons and nonlethal rubber bullets by police is sparking public outrage in the City of Angels.
Ten people in the crowd have reported suffering minor injuries. Seven of those are members of the media.
Police Chief William J. Bratton has ordered an investigation into the police tactics. One of his greatest concerns, he says, is the fact that 240 nonlethal rubber bullets were fired into the crowd.
